REVIKON GmbH is a German real estate development company headquartered in Gießen, specializing in the redevelopment and revitalization of former industrial, military and commercial sites. Since 1997, the company and affiliated entities have revitalized more than 3.7 million square meters of land and over 855,000 square meters of building space. REVIKON has expanded into digital infrastructure through a major data center development in Gießen's Katzenfeld area. The proposed facility is planned on approximately 16.75 hectares and could have a connected load of up to 65 MW, representing an investment exceeding €1 billion. The project received approval from Gießen's city council in September 2026.
