Sabey designs, develops, constructs, and operates hyperscale, enterprise, wholesale, and colocation facilities across major U.S. markets. Its portfolio includes campuses in Seattle, Quincy, East Wenatchee, Umatilla, Ashburn, New York, and the Austin area. Sabey reports more than 3.4 million square feet of mission critical space and approximately 380 MW of critical capacity. The company is also developing new AI focused infrastructure, including its Decatur Technology Park project in Indiana. Sabey's vertically integrated model covers site development, design, construction, and operations.
