Silicon Foundation is an energy technology and digital infrastructure company focused on combining power infrastructure with AI compute and modular data center systems. Its first publicly announced U.S. project is at the former Centre Foundry site in Warwood, Wheeling, West Virginia. The project includes a modular data center, manufacturing facility for data center modules, energy infrastructure, and a training academy. Phase 1 is planned at approximately 10 MW, while earlier project materials referenced a longer term pathway toward larger capacity. The company has also discussed battery storage, closed loop cooling, and modular deployment for AI infrastructure. Silicon Foundation acquired the 15 acre industrial site in 2026.
