Stark Power Ltd. is a Tel Aviv-based energy infrastructure and data center development company focused primarily on the U.S. market. The company operates at the intersection of power generation, energy storage and hyperscale data center development, following a “Power First” strategy. In June 2026, Stark Power agreed to acquire Sagebrush Infrastructure Partners, adding a portfolio of five U.S. hyperscale campuses representing approximately 5.6 GW of planned IT capacity. The projects are paired with co-located natural gas generation to provide dedicated power and address grid constraints. Stark Power develops powered land, data center campuses and generation assets designed to support hyperscale, AI and high-performance computing demand.
