Stockland is one of Australia’s largest property groups and is expanding into digital infrastructure through data center development. In FY2026, Stockland finalized a 50:50 partnership with EdgeConneX to develop, own and operate an Australian portfolio of data centers. The partnership is progressing projects across New South Wales and Victoria, combining Stockland’s land and development capabilities with EdgeConneX’s data center expertise. Stockland has secured approximately 450 MW of energy commitments across three data center sites and is progressing additional opportunities at Kemps Creek, Wetherill Park, Macquarie Park and Melbourne Business Park. Major developments include a proposed 168 MW Kemps Creek campus and a 250 MW Melbourne project.
