TCC Concept Limited is an India based listed technology holding company expanding across digital infrastructure, data centers, AI and technology enabled real estate. Its data center business operates through NES Data Private Limited, in which TCC holds a 98.79% stake. NES Data operates a 4 MW Tier III enterprise data center in Pune with 304 racks, including high density racks, and has been developing additional capacity in Hinjewadi. In August 2026, NES Data signed an MOU to acquire land at Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Hinjewadi, for a proposed data center campus with up to 60 MW of IT load. TCC has stated an ambition to build 100 MW of data center capacity.
