Project Overview

The NES Data Hinjewadi Data Center Campus is a next-generation hyperscale colocation and AI-ready facility under development in Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Hinjewadi (411057 Pune, Maharashtra, India). Developed by NES Data Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of TCC Concept Limited, the project represents a major expansion step toward TCC Concept’s strategic milestone of building an aggregate 100 MW digital infrastructure platform in India. Master-planned for an ultimate IT load capacity of up to 60.0 MW, the Hinjewadi campus will be developed in multiple phases to accommodate growing demand for enterprise colocation, hyperscale cloud services, and high-density computing infrastructure. The facility is being designed to support HPC and AI workloads, incorporating liquid cooling capabilities to address the increasing thermal requirements of advanced computing environments. Its location within Hinjewadi’s established technology and industrial ecosystem provides access to a large concentration of technology companies, enterprises, skilled professionals, telecommunications networks, and supporting infrastructure.
