Project Overview

The Evolution DC Manila (PH01) facility is a hyperscale data center development being delivered by Evolution Data Centres in a joint venture partnership with Megawide Construction Corporation. Located within Gateway Business Park at Gen. Aguinaldo & Inocencio St, General Trias, Cavite, Philippines, the approximately 40,000 m² campus site is strategically positioned within Greater Manila’s emerging industrial and technology corridor, providing access to major business districts, telecommunications networks, transportation infrastructure, and a growing digital economy. Master-planned to deliver more than 100 MW of total critical IT load capacity, PH01 is designed to accommodate large-scale hyperscale cloud deployments, artificial intelligence workloads, high-performance computing, and enterprise colocation requirements. The facility is being developed around high-availability infrastructure aligned with Tier III equivalent standards, supporting resilient operations and maintenance flexibility for mission-critical workloads. Its infrastructure strategy includes carrier-neutral connectivity, enabling customers to connect with multiple telecommunications and network providers, while high-efficiency mechanical cooling and liquid cooling architectures are intended to support both conventional server environments and increasingly dense AI computing deployments. The campus is also planned with dual-utility high-voltage grid connections, strengthening electrical resilience and supporting the substantial energy requirements associated with hyperscale operations. In addition, a dedicated 24/7 renewable power procurement strategy through Citicore Renewable Energy Corporation (CREC) is intended to support the facility’s sustainability objectives and provide access to renewable electricity. Through its large-scale capacity, resilient design, connectivity options, and focus on renewable energy, PH01 is positioned to become an important digital infrastructure hub supporting the Philippines’ expanding cloud, AI, enterprise, and data-intensive technology requirements.
