Project Overview

The CoreSite DE3 Denver Data Center is a purpose-built multi-tenant colocation and hyperscale-ready facility located at 4900 Race St, Denver, Colorado 80216, USA. Situated on a 15-acre site near the National Western Stock Show development, DE3 serves as the foundational anchor for CoreSite’s broader three-building campus expansion in Denver. Phase 1, represented by the DE3 facility, encompasses a three-story, 170,000-square-foot data center building designed to deliver 18.0 critical megawatts (CMW) of capacity for enterprise, cloud, network, and high-density digital infrastructure requirements. Upon completion of the full three-building campus, the development is planned to provide more than 590,000 square feet of data center space and approximately 60.0 CMW of total capacity, creating a significant regional platform for expanding digital workloads. DE3 is integrated into CoreSite’s existing Denver network ecosystem through high-count dark-fiber connectivity linking the facility with the company’s DE1 and DE2 downtown data centers. This connectivity enables customers to access a broad range of cloud providers, telecommunications carriers, internet services, and enterprise networks while benefiting from CoreSite’s Any2Exchange® ecosystem. The facility’s strategic location and connectivity infrastructure position it to support growing requirements for cloud computing, digital services, enterprise IT, content delivery, and high-performance workloads across the Denver market. As part of CoreSite’s wider data center footprint, DE3 strengthens the company’s ability to provide scalable colocation capacity while expanding connectivity between downtown Denver and the region’s emerging data center infrastructure corridor.
