Texas Load House, LLC is a Texas joint venture established by Big Digital Energy and 10NetZero to acquire, develop, finance, and operate a powered data center site in Hood County, Texas. The company acquired approximately 30 acres near the Dallas-Fort Worth region and plans to repurpose existing industrial facilities for AI and high-performance computing infrastructure. The site currently has approximately 17 MW of operational power, while the partners are targeting potential expansion to as much as 300 MW of data center capacity. Grid capacity could initially expand toward 111 MW, subject to ERCOT validation. Big Digital Energy and 10NetZero initially hold equal ownership interests.
