The Big Digital Energy Hood County AI Data Center Campus is a powered industrial artificial intelligence computing development planned across approximately 30 to 50 acres in Hood County, Texas, USA. Developed by Texas Load House, LLC (TLH), a 50/50 joint venture between Big Digital Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ: BGDE) and energy infrastructure platform 10NetZero, the project is designed to transform an existing industrial site into a high-density computing campus capable of supporting rapidly growing AI and accelerated-computing workloads. The development incorporates more than 30,000 square feet of existing industrial buildings together with a dedicated administrative Command Center, allowing the campus to leverage existing structures and supporting infrastructure while expanding its computing capabilities. The facility is being engineered in accordance with Dell AI Factory and NVIDIA system guidelines, reflecting its focus on deploying advanced GPU-based infrastructure for artificial intelligence applications. The campus currently has approximately 17.0 MW of active grid power and is supported by a letter of intent with Tensor IQ for a deployment involving approximately 7,748 NVIDIA B300 GPUs. This initial capacity provides the foundation for a larger phased expansion designed to significantly increase the site's available power. The project is planned to scale to approximately 111.0 MW of ERCOT grid capacity, while total power availability could ultimately reach approximately 300.0 MW to 311.0 MW through the integration of behind-the-meter natural gas generation. Three direct on-site natural gas pipelines are planned to support this additional generation capacity, providing an alternative power source alongside grid electricity. This hybrid power strategy is intended to address the substantial electricity requirements of AI workloads while improving the campus's ability to scale rapidly in response to demand. With its combination of existing industrial infrastructure, grid power, on-site generation, advanced GPU systems, and phased capacity expansion, the Hood County campus represents an emerging model for powered AI infrastructure development in the Texas market.
