Mumbai, India, September 29, 2025– Shares of Delaplex Limited jumped over 12% on Monday, closing at INR 157 (~USD 1.87), after the company announced a strategic partnership with Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) to establish a pan-India network of Edge Micro Data Centers.
The collaboration aims to bolster India’s digital infrastructure by providing localized computing capabilities, particularly benefiting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The move aligns with the government’s “Digital Bharat” vision, facilitating faster data processing and enhanced connectivity across the country.
This agreement builds on a successful pilot project in Telangana in early 2023, which demonstrated the feasibility and benefits of localized edge computing solutions. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed during BSNL’s golden jubilee celebrations in Guwahati, highlighting the importance of public-private partnerships in advancing India’s digital ecosystem.
Delaplex, listed on the NSE SME Emerge since February 2024, provides cloud solutions, AI, software services, and supply chain consulting. The company has established strategic partnerships with global tech leaders such as Microsoft, AWS, and Blue Yonder.
The market responded positively to the announcement, reflecting investor confidence in Delaplex’s growth trajectory and the strategic potential of the BSNL partnership.
