1000 Bolton Road Data Center is a 50 MW critical IT load, purpose-built AI-ready data center development located across a 39-acre site at 1000 Bolton Road in Marion, Guadalupe County, Texas, approximately 26 miles east of San Antonio. Developed by Legacy Data Centers, also known as Legacy Investing, the project is designed to accommodate high-density cloud computing, artificial intelligence training, inference, and other compute-intensive workloads that require substantial electrical and thermal capacity. The planned facility will provide more than 100,000 sq ft (9,290 m²) of technical data hall space, creating a dedicated environment for scalable digital infrastructure deployments. Liquid cooling readiness is incorporated into the facility design to support higher rack densities and advanced AI computing platforms as thermal requirements increase. The electrical infrastructure features N+1 block redundancy, providing additional resilience for mission-critical computing operations and reducing exposure to individual equipment failures. The development also provides access to 100% renewable power options through ERCOT grid interconnects, giving customers greater flexibility in aligning their electricity procurement with renewable energy and sustainability objectives. Connectivity infrastructure includes dual carrier-neutral Meet-Me-Rooms, enabling diverse network connections and interconnection opportunities for telecommunications carriers, cloud providers, enterprises, and other digital infrastructure users. Low-latency dark fiber access further connects the development with the San Antonio and Austin digital infrastructure corridors, supporting high-bandwidth applications and efficient data transfer between regional technology markets. The site's location in Marion provides access to the broader San Antonio metropolitan area while maintaining connectivity with Austin, creating a strategic position within Central Texas's expanding data center ecosystem. The combination of dedicated technical space, AI-ready cooling capabilities, redundant power infrastructure, renewable energy options, and regional fiber connectivity establishes 1000 Bolton Road Data Center as a specialized platform for next-generation cloud and AI workloads.
