The AdaniConneX Pune Data Center Campus, located within the Pimpri industrial zone of the Haveli locality in Pune, Maharashtra, represents a major digital infrastructure development by AdaniConneX, combining hyperscale capacity with advanced infrastructure designed for rapidly growing cloud and artificial intelligence workloads. The campus is engineered to provide up to 60.0 MW of gross utility power capacity and approximately 50.0 MW of critical IT load, enabling large cloud service providers, global enterprises, digital platforms, and AI computing clusters to deploy high-density infrastructure at scale. Electrical infrastructure is supported through high-voltage grid connections involving Adani Electricity and Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited, with resilience strengthened by static modular 2N and Block N+1 uninterruptible power supply systems. Standby emergency diesel generation provides additional continuity during grid disruptions and maintenance events. The facility’s thermal infrastructure combines high-efficiency air-cooled chillers with direct-to-chip liquid cooling capabilities, allowing the campus to accommodate increasingly dense GPU and accelerated-computing deployments while maintaining efficient heat removal. Strategically positioned within Pune’s major industrial and technology ecosystem, the campus is also designed to provide strong network connectivity for domestic and international digital traffic. Its connectivity infrastructure includes dual subterranean dark-fiber entry vaults and carrier-neutral meet-me rooms, enabling customers to connect with multiple telecommunications carriers and network providers. Low-latency fiber routes toward Mumbai’s subsea cable landing stations provide access to international connectivity networks and major cloud ecosystems. A five-layer, 24/7 physical security perimeter further supports the protection of critical infrastructure, customer environments, and operational systems, reinforcing the campus’s role as a secure and scalable hyperscale digital infrastructure hub.
