Project Overview

Ascenty’s BRSP04 (São Paulo 4) Data Center is a strategic digital infrastructure facility located within Ascenty’s flagship São Paulo Data Center Campus in Osasco, one of Latin America’s largest and most interconnected data centre ecosystems. Purpose-built to support hyperscale cloud platforms, enterprise colocation, artificial intelligence (AI), and high-performance computing (HPC) workloads, the facility delivers 9.2 MW of critical IT capacity across approximately 7,200 m² of technical space, providing scalable infrastructure for rapidly growing digital services. Designed to meet the demanding requirements of global cloud providers, financial institutions, telecommunications companies, and enterprise customers, BRSP04 incorporates a highly resilient tri-bus power redundancy architecture, redundant UPS systems, backup generators, and intelligent power management technologies to ensure continuous service availability. The campus also features dual chilled water cooling systems that deliver efficient thermal management for high-density computing environments while improving overall energy efficiency and operational reliability. A major advantage of the facility is its exceptional network connectivity, offering direct access to NAP (Network Access Point) São Paulo alongside multiple domestic and international carrier backbones, enabling low-latency connectivity across Brazil, Latin America, North America, and global cloud regions. As a carrier-neutral facility, customers benefit from diverse telecommunications providers, cloud on-ramps, and flexible interconnection services that support hybrid and multi-cloud deployments. Combined with advanced physical security, comprehensive monitoring systems, and sustainable operational practices, BRSP04 strengthens Ascenty’s leadership in Latin America's digital infrastructure market by delivering a secure, scalable, high-performance, and future-ready platform for next-generation cloud, AI, and enterprise digital transformation.
