Ascenty’s Santiago Data Center Campus in Quilicura stands as one of the most advanced and strategically important carrier-neutral digital infrastructure hubs in Chile and the wider Southern Cone region. Spanning approximately 51,000 m² across three purpose-built facilities Santiago 1, Santiago 2, and the expanding Santiago 3 the campus delivers a combined 42 MW of critical IT capacity designed to support hyperscale cloud providers, multinational enterprises, financial institutions, content delivery networks, artificial intelligence workloads, and high-density enterprise computing. Built with scalability and resilience at its core, the campus incorporates a tri-bus electrical power redundancy architecture, dual chilled water cooling systems, and multiple layers of physical and digital security to ensure continuous operations and maximum uptime. Its robust connectivity infrastructure includes direct fiber links to PIX Chile (Point of Internet Exchange), enabling low-latency regional traffic exchange, alongside a dedicated underground fiber network that interconnects the campus with Ascenty’s extensive Latin American ecosystem and major international subsea cable landing stations. Located in Quilicura, one of Santiago’s premier technology and industrial districts, the campus offers excellent access to utility infrastructure and telecommunications networks while providing room for future expansion to meet growing cloud, AI, and digital transformation demands.
