The Asprofin Qatar Hyperscale AI Data Center in Doha, Qatar, is positioned as a strategic anchor facility within a proposed ten-billion-dollar, multi-region sovereign digital infrastructure program initiated by Asprofin Bank Corporation in partnership with Wow Global Technologies. The project is designed to strengthen sovereign artificial intelligence and high-performance computing capabilities across the Gulf, South Asia, and Southeast Asia, supporting advanced AI model training, inference, cloud computing, and other computationally intensive workloads. The planned multi-facility campus is described as providing 120 megawatts of total utility capacity and 100 megawatts of critical IT load, enabling high-density deployments incorporating thousands of advanced graphics processing units. Its electrical infrastructure is designed around high-voltage connections from Kahramaa, Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation, supported by modular uninterruptible power supply systems configured in 2N redundant architectures and heavy-duty emergency generators engineered for Qatar’s hot desert climate. To accommodate extreme rack densities exceeding 100 kilowatts per cabinet, the campus incorporates prefabricated modular construction methods, direct-to-chip liquid cooling, and specialized air-filtration systems designed to mitigate the effects of dust and sandstorms. These technologies are intended to improve thermal performance, equipment reliability, and deployment efficiency for next-generation AI infrastructure. The Doha facility is also positioned as a carrier-neutral international connectivity hub, incorporating subterranean dark-fiber entry infrastructure and low-latency network routes connecting regional cloud exchanges, telecommunications networks, and international submarine cable gateways throughout the Middle East. Through its combination of high-density AI computing, resilient electrical infrastructure, advanced cooling systems, modular construction, and strategic connectivity, the Asprofin Qatar campus is envisioned as a major component of Qatar’s emerging sovereign AI and digital infrastructure ecosystem.
