Project Overview

Baltic Data Center Campus is a mega-scale, purpose-built hyperscale digital infrastructure development planned along Droga Wojewódzka 213 (DW213) in Lublewko, Pomeranian Voivodeship, Poland. Developed by WBS Power, the campus is planned with a total power capacity of 3.2 GW, distributed across four 800 MW development phases, creating a large-scale platform for artificial intelligence, cloud computing, high-performance computing, and other power-intensive digital workloads across Central and Northern Europe. The project’s location in northern Poland provides strategic access to emerging energy infrastructure, including major Baltic offshore wind power landing points and the planned Choczewo nuclear power plant. High-capacity 400 kV grid interconnections with the Polish transmission network are planned to provide the substantial electricity infrastructure required for the campus and its phased expansion. The development also incorporates direct-to-chip liquid cooling technology, enabling efficient thermal management for high-density AI servers and next-generation computing systems. A 100% low-carbon energy integration strategy is planned to align the campus with the increasing electricity and sustainability requirements of hyperscale operators and AI infrastructure providers. The four-phase development model provides a framework for scaling capacity in line with future demand while maintaining dedicated power and cooling infrastructure for successive deployments. By combining large-scale power availability, proximity to emerging renewable and nuclear generation, high-voltage grid connectivity, and advanced liquid-cooling systems, the Baltic Data Center Campus is designed to support the expanding computational requirements of AI and cloud services while strengthening Poland’s position within the European digital infrastructure network.
