Project Overview

LVL Energy Data Center is a high-performance digital infrastructure project planned on Zygmunta Różyckiego in the Tucznawa Investment Zone of Dąbrowa Górnicza, within Poland’s Katowice metropolitan region. The development is designed as a hybrid technological and energy complex combining a high-density data center with a minimum capacity of 50 MW and a 200 MW battery energy storage system. This integrated configuration is intended to support enterprise cloud services, artificial intelligence computing, high-performance workloads, and other applications requiring reliable, low-latency digital infrastructure. The data center’s location within the Tucznawa Investment Zone provides access to an established industrial environment and supporting infrastructure in the Silesian region. Direct grid integration forms a key component of the project, enabling the facility to connect its computing operations with the surrounding electricity network while the co-located BESS provides additional energy management capabilities. The 200 MW battery system can support power balancing and operational flexibility, helping manage fluctuations in electricity supply and demand associated with high-density computing loads. The project is also supported by investment incentives associated with the Katowice Special Economic Zone, strengthening its position within the region’s broader industrial and technology development framework.
