Project Overview
Bridge Data Centres’ MY06 Phase II is a flagship 100 MW hyperscale data center campus located on a 40-acre site within Sedenak Tech Park (STeP) in Johor, Malaysia, one of Southeast Asia’s fastest-growing digital infrastructure corridors. Strategically positioned near the Malaysia–Singapore border, the campus serves as a critical cross-border computing hub, enabling hyperscale cloud providers, multinational enterprises, and AI innovators to access scalable, cost-efficient infrastructure while maintaining low-latency connectivity to Singapore and the wider Asia-Pacific region. Phase II significantly expands the multi-building campus with infrastructure specifically engineered to support next-generation generative AI, machine learning, and high-performance computing (HPC) workloads, featuring high-density rack deployments, advanced power distribution, and state-of-the-art cooling technologies. The facility is powered by dedicated utility feeds from Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), ensuring reliable and scalable power delivery to meet the demands of large-scale cloud and AI deployments. Designed as a carrier-neutral campus, MY06 offers access to major Malaysian and Singaporean fibre networks, enabling customers to build resilient, low-latency network architectures with seamless connectivity to regional internet exchanges and leading public cloud platforms through direct cloud on-ramps.
