Cirion Technologies Bogotá Data Center Campus: Enterprise Edge & Cloud Hub
Status: Operational / Active Continuous Upgrades | Location: Av Cl 127 # 87-51, Suba, Bogotá, Colombia
Project Overview
Cirion Technologies’ Bogotá Data Center Campus is a strategic, enterprise-grade digital infrastructure hub located in Colombia’s capital, serving as a critical gateway for cloud connectivity and digital transformation across the Andean region. Anchored by the flagship BOG2 facility in Bogotá’s Suba district, the campus spans more than 7,700 square metres of purpose-built data centre space and is engineered to meet the demanding requirements of hyperscale cloud providers, financial institutions, government agencies, telecommunications operators, and multinational enterprises. Designed with advanced seismic-resistant construction capable of withstanding earthquakes of up to magnitude 8.0, the facility delivers exceptional resilience and business continuity for mission-critical applications. The campus supports high-density cloud computing, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), enterprise colocation, disaster recovery, and hybrid IT deployments through highly available power and cooling infrastructure. Sustainability is a key component of the campus, which operates using 100% renewable energy, helping customers reduce their environmental footprint while maintaining reliable operations. As a carrier-neutral facility, the campus provides connectivity through Cirion Connect, offering direct access to more than 100 telecommunications carriers, internet service providers, and content delivery networks. Customers also benefit from low-latency connectivity to leading public cloud platforms through direct cloud on-ramps, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, enabling seamless hybrid and multi-cloud deployments. Combining resilient infrastructure, renewable energy, extensive network connectivity, and strategic geographic positioning, Cirion Technologies’ Bogotá Data Center Campus serves as a future-ready digital infrastructure platform supporting Colombia’s rapidly expanding cloud, AI, and enterprise digital economy.
