ODATA Querétaro Data Center Campus: Mexico's 200MW Hyperscale & AI Hub
Status: Operational / Active Phased Expansion | Location: ODATA, an Aligned Data Centers Company Carretera Estatal 431 - Los Cues km.5.8 Parque Industrial PyME 76246 Santiago de Querétaro Mexico
Project Overview
ODATA’s Querétaro Data Center Campus is the largest hyperscale digital infrastructure ecosystem in Mexico, strategically positioned in one of Latin America’s fastest-growing cloud and connectivity markets. The campus is anchored by the flagship QR03 facility in El Marqués, designed to deliver approximately 150 MW of IT capacity, alongside the QR01 campus in Santa Rosa Jáuregui, which contributes an additional 32 MW of capacity. Together, the integrated campus provides more than 200 MW of scalable power infrastructure to support hyperscale cloud providers, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), high-performance computing (HPC), and other data-intensive enterprise workloads. The facilities are engineered with Aligned Data Centers’ patented Delta³ (Delta Cube) cooling technology, a highly efficient waterless air-cooling architecture capable of supporting rack densities exceeding 50 kW while consuming zero water during normal operations. This innovative cooling platform enables customers to deploy next-generation GPU clusters and AI infrastructure with exceptional thermal efficiency and operational reliability. The campus also features resilient utility infrastructure, redundant electrical systems, and high-capacity fiber connectivity through dual underground network paths linking Querétaro to Mexico City and major international telecommunications gateways, ensuring low-latency connectivity and high network availability. Combining hyperscale-scale capacity, advanced cooling technology, sustainable operations, and strategic geographic positioning, ODATA’s Querétaro Data Center Campus serves as a future-ready digital infrastructure platform supporting the continued expansion of cloud services, AI innovation, and enterprise digital transformation across Mexico and Latin America.
