Cirion Technologies Lima Data Center Campus: Peru's 20MW AI & Cloud Hub
Status: Under Construction / Active Phased Expansion | Location: Av. Manuel Olguín 395, Santiago de Surco 15023, Peru
Project Overview
Cirion Technologies’ Lima Data Center Campus is a premier digital infrastructure development strategically positioned to support Peru’s growing demand for cloud computing, artificial intelligence (AI), and enterprise digital transformation services. The campus is anchored by the newly developed LIM2 facility in the Macrópolis Industrial District of Lurín, complemented by the operational LIM1 data center in Surco, creating a highly resilient multi-site platform serving domestic and international customers. Together, the campus delivers more than 20 MW of total IT power capacity across approximately 12,000 square metres of purpose-built data center space, providing scalable colocation solutions for hyperscale cloud providers, telecommunications operators, financial institutions, government organizations, and large enterprises. The LIM2 facility has been engineered from the ground up to accommodate high-density computing environments, including AI, machine learning (ML), high-performance computing (HPC), and next-generation GPU deployments, with direct-to-chip liquid cooling readiness for future high-density workloametersstainability is a core feature of the campus, which is powered entirely by 100% renewable hydroelectric energy, supporting customers' environmental and carbon reduction objectives. The campus is further strengthened by redundant fiber backhaul infrastructure connecting Lurín to Lima’s central business district, major carrier hotels, internet exchange points, and Pacific coast subsea cable landing stations, enabling low-latency domestic and international connectivity. Combining renewable energy, resilient network infrastructure, scalable capacity, and AI-ready design, Cirion Technologies’ Lima Data Center Campus provides a future-ready digital infrastructure platform supporting Peru’s expanding cloud ecosystem and the broader digital economy across Latin America.
