Project Overview

The CirrusDS View 78 Campus is a master-planned hyperscale and wholesale colocation data center development located at 983 West Center Street in Midvale, Utah, within the rapidly expanding Salt Lake Valley digital infrastructure market. Designed to address the growing requirements of enterprise cloud platforms, artificial intelligence, high-performance computing, and wholesale colocation customers, the campus provides a scalable environment capable of supporting both current deployments and future large-scale computing demand. Phase 1 of the development encompasses more than 224,000 square feet of data center and supporting infrastructure and is planned to deliver approximately 32 MW of critical IT load, providing substantial capacity for enterprise and high-density computing environments. The campus has been master-planned for significant long-term expansion, with the full buildout projected to reach more than 1.12 million square feet of infrastructure and scale to approximately 160 MW of total power capacity distributed across multiple facilities. This phased approach allows computing capacity to be added progressively as demand develops while maintaining a unified campus design and supporting infrastructure environment.
