Project Overview
Cologix’s Toronto Data Center Campus is one of Canada’s largest and most interconnected carrier-neutral digital infrastructure platforms, comprising five strategically located facilities (TOR1–TOR5) across Downtown Toronto and Markham. The campus is anchored by TOR1 at 151 Front Street West, Canada’s premier carrier hotel and one of the country’s most important telecommunications and internet exchange hubs. Expanded through the Scalelogix TOR4 and TOR5 facilities in Markham, the campus delivers more than 30 MW of scalable power capacity to support enterprise IT, hyperscale cloud platforms, financial services, content providers, and next-generation AI edge computing workloads. Designed for high availability and operational resilience, the facilities provide secure colocation environments, redundant power infrastructure, advanced cooling systems, and flexible deployment options for mission-critical applications. A major strength of the campus is its extensive connectivity ecosystem, hosting the Toronto Internet Exchange (TorIX) and providing direct, low-latency access to more than 160 network providers, carriers, and internet service providers. Customers also benefit from direct cloud connectivity to leading platforms including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and Oracle Cloud, enabling seamless hybrid and multi-cloud deployments. Interconnected through high-capacity dark fiber, the campus delivers exceptional performance, network diversity, and scalability. With its strategic locations, rich carrier ecosystem, cloud connectivity, and AI-ready infrastructure, Cologix’s Toronto Data Center Campus serves as a critical digital gateway supporting Canada’s growing cloud, enterprise, and data-driven economy.
