Project Overview

CoreSite Dallas DA1 is an 18 MW critical IT load purpose-built data center development located at 2701 E. Grauwyler Road in Irving, Texas, within the strategically important Dallas Fort Worth digital infrastructure corridor. Spanning more than 230,000 gross sq ft (21,365 m²) across a multi-story facility, the project expands CoreSite’s data center presence in the DFW market and provides infrastructure designed to support enterprise, cloud, hyperscale, artificial intelligence, and other high-performance computing workloads. The facility incorporates N+1 block redundant static UPS topology to strengthen power resilience and operational continuity for mission-critical applications, while its cooling infrastructure uses closed-loop, air-cooled chillers with the capability to integrate liquid cooling for higher-density computing environments. This flexibility allows the facility to accommodate evolving rack densities and advanced computing requirements as workload architectures change. DA1 also provides access to 100% renewable power sourcing options, supporting customers seeking to align data center operations with corporate sustainability and energy procurement objectives. Connectivity infrastructure includes dual Meet-Me-Rooms, providing diverse interconnection points for carriers, network providers, cloud platforms, and enterprise customers. High-count dark fiber connectivity further links the facility with regional carrier hubs and CoreSite’s Open Cloud Exchange (OCX) platform, supporting direct access to cloud and network ecosystems.
