DC BLOX Nashville Campus is a proposed $380+ million digital infrastructure development situated on a 23.5-acre site at 648 Grassmere Park Drive in South Nashville, Tennessee. Developed by DC BLOX Inc., the project is planned as a two-building campus comprising two single-story data center facilities with up to 50 MW of total utility power capacity. The substantial power allocation is designed to support high-density artificial intelligence workloads, cloud computing applications, and enterprise colocation requirements across Middle Tennessee. The multi-building configuration provides a scalable development model, allowing data center capacity to be deployed across separate facilities while supporting diverse customer requirements. Designed to Tier III fault-tolerant standards, the campus incorporates resilient infrastructure intended to maintain continuity for critical digital workloads and customer operations. A closed-loop, waterless cooling system is planned to manage the thermal requirements of high-density computing while reducing dependence on conventional water-based cooling infrastructure. The development also includes an on-site, customer-dedicated power substation, providing dedicated electrical infrastructure for the campus and supporting the reliability requirements associated with high-density computing environments. Carrier-neutral fiber infrastructure further strengthens the facility's connectivity profile, with planned network routes connecting directly into regional Southeastern telecommunications hubs and internet exchanges. This connectivity architecture is designed to support low-latency data transmission between cloud platforms, enterprise customers, network providers, and regional digital infrastructure. The Nashville location also provides access to the broader Middle Tennessee business and technology ecosystem, while its South Nashville position places the campus within an established commercial and industrial environment. The combination of $380+ million planned investment, 23.5-acre site, 50 MW utility capacity, Tier III design, waterless cooling, dedicated power infrastructure, and carrier-neutral connectivity creates a scalable platform for AI, cloud, and enterprise workloads.
