Form8tion Urbana Data Center is a proposed 100 MW hyperscale digital infrastructure campus located near the intersection of State Route 55 and US Route 68 in Urbana, Champaign County, Ohio. Co-developed by Form8tion Data Centers and Thor Equities, the project is designed to support high-density artificial intelligence model training and hyperscale cloud workloads across central Ohio. The planned 100 MW capacity provides a substantial power foundation for energy-intensive computing environments, including advanced AI clusters and large-scale cloud infrastructure that require reliable electricity, efficient cooling, and resilient network connectivity. The multi-building campus is engineered to Tier III fault-tolerant standards, incorporating infrastructure designed to support continuous operations and provide additional resilience for critical computing workloads. Closed-loop cooling systems are planned as a central part of the thermal management strategy, with the design intended to reduce water consumption and protect local aquifers while supporting the cooling requirements of high-density computing equipment. Dedicated high-voltage utility substation infrastructure provides the campus with purpose-built electrical connectivity, supporting the substantial power requirements associated with the planned 100 MW capacity. Carrier-neutral fiber routes further strengthen the site's connectivity profile, with planned links connecting directly into Columbus regional internet exchanges and providing access to multiple network providers. This network architecture is intended to support efficient data transmission between AI computing environments, cloud platforms, enterprise customers, and regional digital infrastructure. The Urbana location provides access to central Ohio's broader technology, utility, and transportation ecosystem while positioning the development outside the region's major metropolitan core. The combination of 100 MW planned capacity, hyperscale design, Tier III standards, closed-loop cooling, dedicated high-voltage infrastructure, and carrier-neutral fiber connectivity creates a scalable platform for AI and cloud computing workloads. As demand for high-density computing infrastructure expands, the campus is structured to accommodate large-scale digital workloads while integrating resilient power, cooling, and connec
