Status: Operational   |   Location: Industriparken 20A–20C, DK-2750 Ballerup, Copenhagen, Denmark

Project Overview

Digital Realty CPH1 (formerly Interxion CPH1) is a leading carrier-neutral interconnection data center located in Ballerup, West Copenhagen, Denmark, serving as a key digital gateway for enterprises, cloud providers, network operators, and financial institutions. As the anchor facility of Digital Realty’s three-building Copenhagen Campus (CPH1–CPH3), the site provides a highly connected ecosystem designed to support modern digital workloads, cloud adoption, and enterprise connectivity requirements. Spanning approximately 8,000 m² of gross building area with around 3,700 m² of dedicated technical whitespace, CPH1 offers scalable colocation infrastructure with reliable power, advanced cooling systems, and secure operational environments. The facility enables direct low-latency connectivity to major European digital hubs while providing access to regional and international network ecosystems through internet exchanges such as DIX and Netnod. Through Digital Realty’s ServiceFabric® platform, customers can establish direct cloud connections and efficiently integrate with leading cloud service providers, supporting hybrid cloud, edge computing, and digital transformation strategies. Operating on 100% renewable energy, CPH1 aligns with sustainability-focused infrastructure goals while maintaining high performance and operational efficiency. With its strategic location, carrier-neutral model, extensive connectivity options, and integration into Digital Realty’s global data center platform, CPH1 continues to play an important role in strengthening Denmark’s position as a connected digital hub in Northern Europe.
