Project Overview

The Edged Lisbon Campus is a flagship hyperscale and high-density AI data center development by Edged Energy, a subsidiary of Vantage Data Centers and Endeavour, located at Azinhaga da Fruteira 2600 in Castanheira do Ribatejo, within Vila Franca de Xira in the Greater Lisbon region of Portugal. Positioned along the strategically important Lisbon-Porto industrial and logistics corridor, the campus is designed to serve the rapidly expanding requirements of artificial intelligence, cloud computing, hyperscale infrastructure, and other data-intensive digital applications. The development is planned around a multi-building campus model, providing substantial room for scalable infrastructure deployment and future capacity expansion. At full development, the Edged Lisbon Campus is expected to deliver up to 100 MW of critical IT load capacity, placing it among the larger planned data center projects in the Lisbon metropolitan region. Its high-density architecture is intended to accommodate advanced computing environments where increasing rack densities and accelerated processing requirements are driving demand for more sophisticated facility infrastructure. The campus is particularly positioned to support AI workloads, which require significant computing capacity and increasingly specialized power and cooling infrastructure. Its location in Castanheira do Ribatejo provides access to major transport routes connecting Lisbon with northern Portugal while placing the development within an established industrial and logistics environment.
