Project Overview
Equinix WA3 is a state-of-the-art International Business Exchange (IBX) data center strategically located within Warsaw's Salomea business corridor along Aleje Jerozolimskie, offering excellent connectivity to the city's commercial districts and major transport infrastructure. Designed to support the evolving demands of enterprise IT, cloud computing, financial services, telecommunications, and digital platforms, the facility provides scalable critical IT capacity across approximately 2,800 m² of secure, high-performance whitespace. WA3 is optimized for modern high-density deployments, supporting rack power densities of up to 8.0–9.0 kVA per cabinet, making it well suited for virtualization, private cloud environments, and emerging AI-enabled enterprise applications. The data center operates entirely on 100% certified renewable electricity backed by wind and solar Guarantees of Origin (GoOs), reflecting Equinix's commitment to sustainable operations and reduced environmental impact. Advanced cooling technologies, including energy-efficient free-cooling economizers, help maintain optimal operating conditions while improving overall energy efficiency. WA3 is directly interconnected through low-latency, path-diverse fiber infrastructure with Equinix's WA1 carrier hotel, WA2, and the WA4x hyperscale campus, enabling seamless access to cloud providers, network carriers, internet exchanges, and business ecosystems.
