Flexential Atlanta Douglasville 1 Data Center is a 205,000 square foot high density colocation facility located at 1700 N. River Road in Douglasville, Georgia, serving enterprise, cloud, artificial intelligence, and machine learning workloads across the Atlanta metropolitan area. Developed and operated by Flexential under its Gen 5 design specification, the facility provides 22.5 MW of critical IT load distributed across five server halls, allowing customers to deploy compute intensive infrastructure within a purpose built data center environment. The facility supports rack densities exceeding 80 kW per cabinet, making it suitable for high density AI and machine learning deployments that require greater power availability and advanced thermal management compared with conventional enterprise workloads. Its zero water consumption closed loop cooling system supports thermal management while reducing reliance on water for facility cooling. Electrical resilience is supported through a 4:3 distributed redundant UPS configuration and dual utility feeds, providing multiple layers of power protection for critical IT equipment and data center operations.
