Flexential Atlanta, Douglasville 2 Data Center is a 358,000-square-foot high-density colocation facility located at 1750 N. River Road in Douglasville, Georgia. Developed and operated by Flexential, the facility provides 36 MW of critical IT load designed to support artificial intelligence, machine learning, enterprise cloud, and other high-performance computing workloads. Its infrastructure is configured for rack power densities of more than 80 kW per cabinet, providing the electrical and thermal capacity required for dense computing environments and advanced AI deployments. The facility follows Flexential's Gen 5 sustainable design approach, integrating resilient power and cooling infrastructure with operational efficiency considerations. Its electrical architecture includes distributed 4:3 UPS redundancy, providing multiple levels of backup capacity for critical IT systems and supporting continuity across high-density colocation environments. N+2 liquid-ready cooling systems are incorporated to accommodate demanding thermal loads and provide flexibility as customers deploy higher-density computing equipment, including AI and machine learning infrastructure.
