Project Overview

The Former Sipson Garden Centre Data Center Campus is a proposed 40 MW digital infrastructure development planned on the A408 Sipson Road in Sipson, West London (UB7). Located approximately 1.3 km north of London Heathrow Airport and adjacent to the M4 Spur, the multi-acre former garden centre site offers a strategically positioned location for large-scale digital infrastructure serving London and the wider Thames Valley technology market. Its proximity to Slough and West London provides access to established data center clusters, enterprise customers, major telecommunications networks, and regional fiber infrastructure connecting key business and cloud markets. The proposed campus is designed to support a combination of cloud computing, low-latency artificial intelligence inference, edge computing, and other data-intensive workloads requiring reliable power and high-speed connectivity.
