Status: Under Development / Planning Phase | Location: 13 Rue Charles Cros, 93290 Tremblay-en-France / Paris, France
The Goodman PAR01 Data Centre Campus, located at 13 Rue Charles Cros in Tremblay-en-France, represents a major multi-building hyperscale digital infrastructure development by Goodman Group within the Paris North data center market. Positioned close to Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport, the master-planned campus redevelops an established industrial site into a high-density and energy-efficient digital infrastructure hub serving the Greater Paris region and the wider FLAP market. Developed through the Goodman European Data Centre Development Partnership with CPP Investments, the campus is described as providing 96 megawatts of secured utility capacity and approximately 64 megawatts of critical IT capacity across multiple phased facilities. The development is designed to accommodate hyperscale cloud platforms, artificial intelligence computing, high-performance computing, enterprise applications, and other data-intensive workloads requiring substantial and scalable digital infrastructure. Electrical infrastructure incorporates dual high-voltage grid interconnections through Enedis, providing resilient utility access to the campus. Static modular uninterruptible power supply systems configured in N+1 and 2N redundant architectures provide additional protection for critical equipment, while dedicated emergency diesel generation systems support continuity during utility interruptions and grid disturbances. Thermal management is based on low-PUE closed-loop chilled-water plants combined with direct-to-chip liquid cooling loops designed to manage the significant heat generated by high-density GPU acceleration and advanced computing systems. The campus is also designed to accommodate future increases in rack density as AI workloads continue to evolve. Strategically positioned within the Paris North digital corridor, PAR01 benefits from proximity to major telecommunications networks, international connectivity routes, and the extensive enterprise ecosystem surrounding the French capital. Subterranean dark-fiber entry vaults and dual carrier-neutral meet-me rooms provide diverse connectivity options for cloud providers, telecommunications carriers, enterprises, and digital service platforms. Direct cross-connect access to France-IX further strengthens connectivity with major internet and network ecosystems. Multi-layered biometric perimeter security systems provide additional protection for critical infrastructure and customer environments. With substantial secured utility capacity, phased expansion potential, advanced cooling, extensive fiber connectivity, and robust security infrastructure, Goodman PAR01 is positioned as a significant hyperscale and AI-ready campus within the Greater Paris data center landscape.
