Status: Under Development / Planning Phase | Location: 34 Rue Louis Armand, 94190 Villeneuve-Saint-Georges, France
The Goodman PAR02 Data Centre Campus, located at 34 Rue Louis Armand in Villeneuve-Saint-Georges, represents a major hyperscale digital infrastructure development by Goodman Group within the Paris South data center market. Situated in the Val-de-Marne department south of central Paris, the master-planned project redevelops an established industrial site into a high-density and energy-efficient digital infrastructure hub designed to serve the Greater Paris region. Developed under the Goodman European Data Centre Development Partnership with CPP Investments, the campus is described as providing 108 megawatts of secured utility capacity and approximately 72 megawatts of critical IT capacity across phased data center buildings. The development is designed to support hyperscale cloud operations, artificial intelligence computing, high-performance computing, enterprise workloads, and other data-intensive applications requiring scalable and resilient infrastructure. Electrical supply is supported through dual high-voltage grid connections via Enedis, providing redundant utility access to the campus. Static modular uninterruptible power supply systems configured in N+1 and 2N redundant architectures provide additional resilience for critical IT equipment, while emergency standby diesel generators are designed to maintain operations during utility interruptions and grid disturbances. Thermal management combines low-PUE closed-loop chilled-water systems with direct-to-chip liquid cooling loops capable of supporting the elevated thermal loads generated by high-density GPU server racks and AI accelerator deployments. This cooling architecture provides a scalable pathway for increasing rack densities as computing requirements continue to grow. Strategically positioned within the Paris South digital infrastructure corridor, PAR02 benefits from proximity to major telecommunications networks, enterprise markets, and regional fiber infrastructure. Subterranean dark-fiber vaults and dual carrier-neutral meet-me rooms provide diverse connectivity options for cloud providers, carriers, enterprises, and digital service platforms, while direct dark-fiber routes to France-IX strengthen access to major internet exchange infrastructure. Multi-factor biometric and zero-trust security controls provide layered protection for critical facility areas and customer environments. With substantial secured utility capacity, resilient electrical systems, advanced liquid cooling, extensive network connectivity, and phased expansion potential, Goodman PAR02 is positioned as an important hyperscale and AI-ready data center campus serving the Greater Paris market.
