The Goodman PAR01A Data Centre, located at 13 Rue Charles Cros in Tremblay-en-France, represents a major hyperscale digital infrastructure facility developed by Goodman Group within the Paris North data center ecosystem. Positioned near Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport, the project redevelops an established logistics and industrial brownfield site into a high-density and energy-efficient digital infrastructure hub serving the Greater Paris market. Developed as part of the Goodman European Data Centre Development Partnership with CPP Investments, the facility is described as providing 48 megawatts of secured utility capacity and approximately 32 megawatts of critical IT capacity, supporting dense enterprise cloud deployments, artificial intelligence inference, high-performance computing, and other data-intensive workloads. Electrical infrastructure is supported through dual high-voltage grid connections, providing resilient utility access to the facility. Static modular uninterruptible power supply systems configured in N+1 and 2N redundant architectures provide additional protection for critical computing equipment, while emergency standby diesel generators support continuity during utility disruptions and grid disturbances. Thermal management incorporates high-efficiency closed-loop water-chilled systems alongside air-cooled chillers designed to support efficient operation and lower overall power usage effectiveness. The cooling architecture also provides readiness for direct-to-chip liquid cooling loops as rack densities and AI computing requirements continue to increase. Strategically located within the wider Paris digital ecosystem, PAR01A benefits from proximity to major telecommunications infrastructure, international connectivity routes, and the extensive enterprise market surrounding the French capital. The facility incorporates subterranean dark-fiber entry vaults and dual carrier-neutral meet-me rooms, enabling customers to establish diverse connections with carriers, cloud platforms, internet exchanges, and enterprise networks. Direct access to central Paris internet exchange infrastructure, including France-IX, further strengthens its connectivity profile. Biometric security and zero-trust physical access controls provide additional protection for critical infrastructure and customer environments. With its brownfield redevelopment strategy, resilient power architecture, advanced cooling capabilities, high-density IT capacity, and extensive network connectivity, Goodman PAR01A is positioned as an important component of the Paris hyperscale and AI-ready data center landscape.
