Status: Active Development / Land Option Agreement & Planning Phase | Location: Tolen Creek Industrial Park, Parsons, KS 67357, United States
HyperDatagrid Parsons Data Center is a planned 20 MW critical IT load, purpose-built AI data center development located across approximately 20 acres within the Tolen Creek Industrial Park in Parsons, Kansas. Designed specifically for high-density frontier artificial intelligence training and inference workloads, the modular facility is structured to support advanced computing environments requiring substantial electrical and thermal capacity. The development supports extreme power densities of up to 600 kW per rack, enabling deployment of high-performance AI computing systems and other accelerated workloads within a compact technical footprint. Its cooling architecture incorporates advanced liquid-cooling technologies, including closed-loop systems and direct-to-chip cooling, providing a thermal management framework suited to dense AI infrastructure while supporting efficient heat removal from high-power computing equipment. N+1 electrical power redundancy is planned to provide additional resilience for mission-critical workloads and reduce operational exposure to individual power system failures. The facility also features 100% renewable energy off-take capability, providing potential customers with an option to align electricity procurement with renewable energy requirements and corporate sustainability objectives. Connectivity infrastructure includes dual Meet-Me-Rooms, creating diverse interconnection points for telecommunications carriers, cloud providers, network operators, and enterprise customers. Low-latency dark fiber interconnects further connect the facility with regional Kansas City and Dallas network hubs, supporting high-bandwidth data transmission and access to major central US digital infrastructure corridors. Its location in Southeast Kansas provides a central US operating position with connectivity to established technology and network markets across the region. The combination of modular AI-ready infrastructure, very high rack power density, liquid cooling, redundant electrical systems, renewable energy sourcing capability, and regional fiber connectivity establishes HyperDatagrid Parsons Data Center as a specialized platform for next-generation AI training, inference, and other compute-intensive workloads.
