KevlinX BRU01 is Belgium’s largest carrier-neutral, commercially available data centre facility, strategically located in the northern district of Brussels and purpose-built to serve as one of Europe’s leading AI-ready digital infrastructure hubs. Designed to support hyperscale cloud providers, global enterprises, government agencies, financial institutions, and high-performance computing (HPC) environments, the campus delivers 32 MW of critical IT capacity with planned expansion to approximately 68 MW, providing long-term scalability for rapidly growing digital workloads. Positioned just 10 minutes from Brussels Airport and offering less than 5 milliseconds of network latency to Europe’s major FLAP markets—Frankfurt, London, Amsterdam, and Paris—BRU01 provides exceptional regional connectivity for latency-sensitive cloud, AI, and enterprise applications. The facility is engineered with highly resilient power infrastructure, redundant electrical systems, and carrier-neutral connectivity that enables customers to access multiple telecommunications providers, internet exchanges, and cloud platforms through diverse fibre routes. To support next-generation GPU clusters and AI model training, BRU01 incorporates advanced indirect evaporative cooling technologies alongside liquid cooling capabilities capable of supporting rack densities of up to 100 kW, ensuring efficient thermal management for the most demanding compute environments. Sustainability is a core design principle, with operations powered by 100% renewable electricity and energy-efficient infrastructure that reduces environmental impact while maintaining high operational performance. Combined with advanced physical security, comprehensive monitoring systems, and future-ready expansion capabilities, KevlinX BRU01 provides a secure, scalable, and resilient platform that strengthens Belgium’s position as a strategic European digital gateway for AI, cloud computing, enterprise colocation, and international network interconnection.
