The Dammam campus is slated to achieve an impressive 200 MW of IT capacity upon full buildout, establishing it as one of the largest and most advanced data center complexes in the Kingdom's Eastern Province.

The strategic choice of Dammam is key. As a primary economic and industrial hub, and a vital gateway city with connectivity to international subsea cables, Dammam offers a robust foundation for hyperscale operations. The facility is being designed from the ground up to be "AI-Ready," incorporating the latest advancements in power delivery and high-density cooling solutions, including potential liquid cooling capabilities, to efficiently support the next generation of GPU-accelerated workloads essential for AI, machine learning, and high-performance computing. This design focus is crucial, as global data center demand continues to be dominated by the exponential growth of AI services.

Khazna’s reputation suggests the Dammam 1 campus will adhere to stringent international standards, likely achieving Uptime Institute Tier III or IV design for exceptional reliability, offering customers multi-layered physical and digital security.
