Project Overview

The MEO LDV (Linda-a-Velha Interconnection and Colocation Centre / Altice LDV) is a strategic international carrier-neutral network interconnection facility and colocation data center operated by MEO, part of Altice Wholesale Solutions and Altice Portugal. Located at Rua Marconi SN in Linda-a-Velha, within the Oeiras and Lisbon Metropolitan Area of Portugal, the facility occupies approximately 3,000 square meters within an 11,000-square-meter campus positioned around 110 meters above sea level. Its strategic location and extensive connectivity infrastructure make MEO LDV an important gateway for pan-European, trans-Atlantic, and global data flows, supporting telecommunications operators, cloud providers, enterprises, content networks, and other digital infrastructure users. The facility functions as an international network aggregation point and benefits from direct connectivity to subsea cable landing infrastructure serving Portugal, including landing stations at Carcavelos, Seixal, Sesimbra, and Sines. It is also connected to the Alfouvar Satellite Teleport, further expanding its role within international communications infrastructure. MEO LDV provides high-density, carrier-neutral colocation designed to support demanding telecommunications and digital workloads while enabling customers to establish connections with multiple network operators and service providers. The facility also offers meeting rooms and direct peering capabilities, helping customers improve network performance, reduce latency, and strengthen connectivity across regional and international routes.
