Project Overview

The Templus Lisbon LIS01 (formerly OASIX Lisbon / AR Telecom Data Center) is an enterprise and carrier-neutral edge colocation data center platform operated by Templus following its expansion through Grupo Aire. Located at Edifício Diogo Cão, Doca de Alcântara Norte, within Lisbon’s established port and maritime technology corridor, the facility plays an important role in supporting digital infrastructure and network connectivity between Iberian markets and trans-Atlantic subsea cable systems. Templus LIS01 provides approximately 1.5 MW of total power capacity across 500 square meters of net whitespace, accommodating approximately 150 high-density server racks for enterprise, telecommunications, cloud, and digital infrastructure workloads. The facility is designed to provide Tier III-equivalent reliability, supporting resilient IT operations and business-critical applications. Its colocation services include private cages, full cabinets, remote-hands support, and flexible infrastructure options for customers requiring secure and scalable deployments. The site's location in Lisbon also strengthens its role as an interconnection point for regional and international networks, enabling customers to benefit from low-latency connectivity to major traffic exchanges and network ecosystems. Through Templus’s Tier-2 network backbone, customers can access connectivity to major international exchanges and interconnection platforms, including DE-CIX, LINX, and Equinix. This combination of strategic location, rack capacity, resilient infrastructure, and network connectivity positions LIS01 as an important edge facility for organizations seeking to expand their presence in Portugal and establish efficient connections across Europe, Iberia, and trans-Atlantic digital routes.
