Status: Under Construction Phase | Location: E 11th St Area / Port of Catoosa Industrial Corridor, Tulsa, OK 74116, United States
The Meta Tulsa Data Center Campus, located in the East 11th Street area / Port of Catoosa industrial corridor of Tulsa, Oklahoma, represents Meta’s premier multi-building hyperscale development in Eastern Oklahoma. Purpose-built to power Meta's advanced generative AI models, Llama AI clusters, and global digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp), the campus is engineered to deliver 360.0 MW of gross utility power capacity and 300.0 MW of critical IT power load across multiple multi-story data center buildings. Utility power is delivered via high-voltage grid connections with Public Service Company of Oklahoma (PSO) / AEP, backed by 100% renewable energy power purchase agreements (PPAs), static modular 2N / Block N+1 uninterruptible power supply (UPS) topologies, and standby emergency diesel generator units. Thermal regulation incorporates Meta’s state-of-the-art dry-cooling chillers integrated with high-density direct-to-chip (DLC) liquid cooling systems designed to support extreme multi-kW GPU server racks with minimal water consumption. Positioned along key central fiber transit lines, the site features subterranean dark fiber entry vaults, dual carrier-neutral meet-me rooms, direct express routes to Meta’s global network backbones, and zero-trust biometric physical security perimeter controls.
