Project Summary

ODATA SP06 Hortolandia 24MW Hyperscale Data Center Campus

Status: Under Construction / Active Development Phase   |   Location: Estrada Vereador José de Moraes, Hortolândia, SP 13186, Brazil

Project Overview

The ODATA SP06 Data Center is a major hyperscale expansion facility developed by ODATA, an Aligned Data Centers company, in Hortolândia, within the Metropolitan Region of Campinas in São Paulo, Brazil. Located at Estrada Vereador José de Moraes, the project expands ODATA’s established presence in the Hortolândia technology corridor alongside its SP02 campus hub, strengthening the region’s position as a strategic destination for large-scale digital infrastructure. Designed to deliver approximately 24 MW of critical IT load capacity, SP06 is engineered to Tier III-equivalent standards and is intended to support cloud service providers, large enterprises, hyperscale platforms and high-density artificial intelligence deployments. The facility is planned to operate using 100% certified renewable energy through ODATA’s direct clean-energy power purchase agreements, helping address the growing energy requirements of advanced computing while supporting sustainability objectives. Its infrastructure incorporates Delta3™ high-efficiency cooling technology for thermal management, along with dual A+B electrical distribution paths, static UPS systems and backup diesel generation to provide redundancy and operational resilience. Multi-operator dark fiber connectivity further strengthens the facility’s network capabilities, with routes linking toward IX.br, the São Paulo Internet Exchange, and broader telecommunications infrastructure. The combination of renewable energy sourcing, resilient electrical architecture, advanced cooling and carrier connectivity is designed to accommodate increasingly demanding cloud and AI workloads. Situated within the Campinas metropolitan technology ecosystem, SP06 benefits from access to established telecommunications networks, enterprise markets and regional infrastructure. With significant computing capacity and scalable technical systems, the ODATA SP06 Data Center represents an important expansion of Brazil’s hyperscale, cloud and artificial intelligence infrastructure landscape.
