PDG Greater Jakarta JC4: 240MW AI Hyperscale Mega-Campus

Status: Active / Groundbroken & Under Early Structural Piling (Tracking June 2026)   |   Location: Jalan Digital Perdana, 82100 Kulai, Johor Darul Ta'zim, Malaysia

Project Overview

The Princeton Digital Group JC4 Data Center Campus is a newly launched, massive 240 MW digital infrastructure development spanning a prominent 106,217 square meter land parcel inside the Greenland International Industrial Center (GIIC) in Bekasi Regency, Greater Jakarta. Officially announced in April 2026 following a successful land acquisition and large-scale utility power allocation, JC4 expands PDG's total operating and development footprint in the Indonesian market to an immense 400 MW.  Advancing directly into structural civil works and foundation piling in mid-2026, the mega-campus is strategically situated just 1.7 kilometers from PDG's existing JC3 site. This hyper-local proximity allows both massive complexes to leverage shared high-voltage electrical grid interconnects and sub-surface dark fiber infrastructure, significantly enhancing operational resilience while lowering localized engineering overhead. Comprising four independent, identical 60 MW data center buildings, the JC4 campus is purpose-built from the ground up to support extreme rack power densities and advanced direct-to-chip liquid cooling setups demanded by global hyperscalers running heavy generative AI clusters
