Project Overview

The RiverHook Village 18 Data Center Campus is a next-generation hyperscale AI digital infrastructure project developed by RiverHook Village 18 in Pindamonhangaba, São Paulo, Brazil. Located on a 500,000-square-meter, or 50-hectare, parcel along Via Dutra (BR-116) at Avenida Estrutural, the campus occupies a strategic position within the Paraíba Valley, connecting the major digital and economic corridors between São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. The development is master-planned with an initial capacity of 150 MW of critical IT load and the potential to expand to 300 MW, providing substantial headroom for future hyperscale deployments. The campus is specifically designed to support high-density artificial intelligence workloads, supercomputing clusters and hyperscale cloud infrastructure, where increasing computational requirements are driving demand for higher-capacity facilities. Planned infrastructure includes Tier III-equivalent high-availability architecture, dual subtransmission utility feeds, modular static UPS systems and standby generation to strengthen operational resilience and continuity. Advanced liquid-to-chip cooling technologies are also incorporated into the design to manage high-TDP servers and increasingly dense AI computing environments. Its location along the Via Dutra corridor provides access to established transportation, telecommunications and industrial infrastructure while positioning the campus between two of Brazil’s largest technology and business markets. With significant expansion potential, resilient electrical systems, advanced cooling capabilities and a strategic regional location, RiverHook Village 18 is positioned to become an important hyperscale and AI infrastructure hub in southeastern Brazil, supporting the continued growth of cloud computing, artificial intelligence and data-intensive digital services.
