Project Overview

Serverfarm Clarksville (ARK Campus) is a transformative hyperscale digital infrastructure development located on a 135-acre site in Clarksville, Arkansas, representing one of the largest planned data center investments in the region with a projected value of up to USD 8 billion. Purpose-built to meet the rapidly growing infrastructure demands of global hyperscale cloud providers, artificial intelligence (AI) platforms, machine learning applications, and high-performance computing (HPC) environments, the ARK Campus has been master-planned as a next-generation data center ecosystem capable of supporting some of the world's most compute-intensive workloads. The development will comprise six purpose-built data center buildings, each spanning approximately 360,000 square feet and designed to deliver more than 100 MW of critical IT capacity, creating a campus with several hundred megawatts of scalable computing infrastructure. Engineered with sustainability and operational efficiency at its core, the campus incorporates closed-loop waterless cooling systems that significantly reduce water consumption while supporting high-density GPU deployments and future AI computing requirements. Dedicated utility infrastructure, including upgraded high-voltage substations and resilient electrical distribution networks, ensures reliable large-scale power delivery, while energy-efficient mechanical systems and low Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) design targets help minimize environmental impact and operating costs. The campus is also planned with advanced fire detection and suppression systems, intelligent building management platforms, multi-layer physical security, and carrier-neutral connectivity providing access to diverse fiber routes and leading cloud ecosystems. Its modular design enables phased expansion, allowing capacity to be deployed in line with customer demand while maintaining operational flexibility. By combining hyperscale capacity, AI-ready infrastructure, sustainable cooling technologies, resilient power systems, and long-term scalability, Serverfarm Clarksville (ARK Campus) is positioned to become a major digital infrastructure hub supporting cloud computing, enterprise transformation, advanced research, and next-generation AI innovation across the United States.
