Project Overview
T5@Atlanta III (ATL3) is T5 Data Centers' flagship hyperscale data center campus strategically located in Lithia Springs, Georgia, within the highly connected Atlanta metropolitan digital corridor, one of the fastest-growing data center markets in North America. Spanning approximately 80 acres, the campus is designed to deliver up to 217 MW of scalable critical IT capacity, supporting hyperscale cloud platforms, artificial intelligence (AI) training and inference clusters, high-performance computing (HPC), enterprise colocation, and mission-critical digital infrastructure. Developed with a focus on long-term scalability and operational efficiency, ATL3 features high-density power distribution capable of supporting next-generation GPU deployments, while its waterless cooling architecture significantly reduces water consumption and improves sustainability. The campus benefits from Georgia's competitive business environment, including a 100% sales and use tax exemption on qualifying data center equipment, low seismic activity, reliable utility infrastructure, and access to a skilled technology workforce. Strategically positioned near major fibre routes, ATL3 provides low-latency connectivity to key U.S. markets and cloud ecosystems, enabling fast, resilient, and secure data transmission.
