Status: Operational / Active Hyperscale Facility | Location: 1816B Angel Linao St, Paco, Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines
YCO Malvar One is a flagship hyperscale data center designed to deliver 12 MW of IT load capacity and strategically located on a 75 MW power-capable campus within the Light Industry & Science Park IV (LISP IV) in Malvar, Batangas, Philippines. Developed to support the country's rapidly expanding digital economy, the facility is purpose-built for hyperscale cloud deployments, enterprise colocation, artificial intelligence (AI) workloads, disaster recovery, and mission-critical business applications. Distinguished as the first dual-certified data center in the Philippines to achieve both TIA-942 Rated 3 and ISO 22237 certifications, Malvar One is engineered to meet internationally recognized standards for reliability, resilience, availability, and operational excellence. Positioned approximately 60 kilometers south of Metro Manila, the campus is intentionally located outside major flood-prone areas, congested urban zones, and commercial flight paths, providing enhanced business continuity and reduced environmental risk. The facility offers direct access to key regional fiber routes and multiple subsea cable landing stations, enabling low-latency connectivity to domestic and international networks while supporting carrier-neutral interconnection for cloud providers, telecommunications operators, and enterprise customers. Designed with scalable electrical and mechanical infrastructure, the campus accommodates high-density server deployments, redundant power distribution systems, energy-efficient cooling technologies, advanced fire detection and suppression systems, and multi-layer physical security with continuous monitoring. Its large power reserve allows for future expansion to meet increasing demand for digital infrastructure across Southeast Asia. Combining strategic geographic positioning, international certifications, resilient infrastructure, and robust network connectivity, YCO Malvar One serves as a critical edge computing, disaster recovery, and hyperscale colocation hub, providing secure, scalable, and future-ready digital infrastructure for organizations operating throughout the Philippines and the wider Asia-Pacific region.
