Located at Hiranandani Knowledge Park on Technology Street in Powai, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400076, India, the facility forms part of the established Hiranandani Knowledge Park technology precinct and benefits from its proximity to Mumbai’s major financial, commercial, and enterprise districts. The Powai facility provides dedicated, multi-story data center whitespace designed to support enterprise colocation, cloud connectivity, mission-critical applications, and high-availability IT workloads. Engineered to Uptime Institute Tier IV certified standards, the facility incorporates resilient infrastructure designed to maintain service continuity and operational availability. Its electrical architecture includes N+N redundant power distribution, static UPS systems, and standby diesel generation, while the cooling environment utilizes energy-efficient chiller systems to support reliable operation of high-density computing equipment. Carrier-neutral Meet-Me-Rooms provide customers with access to multiple network operators and telecommunications providers, strengthening the site's role as a connectivity-oriented data center within Mumbai.
